About meMy work within community settings and the prison environment
has provided me with an accumulation of experience over a range of mental health and addiction issues, and with a diversity of clients. I have a special interest in supporting people to explore spiritual and existential issues — focusing on personal growth and development. |

I have a deep interest in working with dreams and nightmares.
We can value the role they can play in accessing and providing insight into our unconscious. When we pay attention to our dreams and seek to understand their meaning they can become a source of guidance and inspiration to a pathway of healing, growth and development. I hold a positive view of each person’s capacity to heal and grow.
I believe we have an internal drive towards health and wellbeing. I have steadfast trust and faith in our capacity to heal and access inner wisdom and resources that will support us to realise our full potential. This understanding has evolved though my own spiritual understandings, my personal experiences of healing and growth, and my work with a diverse range of clients. I am frequently moved and inspired by the courage of those I have had the privilege of working with as they face their emotional and psychological pain in the quest for self-discovery, healing and growth. |

I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.
